Breaking News !!! New seventy ! ! ! , 31st Oct
Congratulations to Mike Dagnall for catching a new seventy at Laroussi with a monster weighed at 72lb4oz. Mint fish, well proportioned, big head, big tail. For the regular anglers of Laroussi, that fish is on photo board at 50lb4oz few year ago ! Last year, Mike landed another 69lb.
Well done too to his mate Jordan for his 53lb12oz mirror !
In the last 2 weeks, Laroussi produced 4 sixties at 61lb, 61lb10oz, 64lb and 65lb without counting all the forties and fifties.
Big fish time !

Laroussi - Unbelievable, 24th Aug
We have just had an update in from Laroussi 23rd August and thought it worth a mention.
Pill Pohl who is fishing on the la chene swim has already had 19 fish so far this week including 14 x 40s and 2 60s to 66 06. Given the heat he had expected to blank and still had two nights left in his week to go. To quote him... it's an unbelievable place.
However in the extreme heat other swims have struggled
Update today Friday 24th August and Phil has now had 2x60s to 66. 06. 15 x40s to 49 .14, a couple of 30s and 20s and a couple of grass carp. A 52lb sturgeon all caught on 18mm boilies with a white pop up fished on a inline drop off. All fish caught around 85 yards nothing caught at range as he was advised, fish were showing at range but not feeding there. Temperatures today cooling down considerably.
